Getting to know your neighbours is complicated. Only kidding – it's very simple! You don't need any special skills or knowledge to be part of a Sharehood community, whatever your interests or abilities you will be able to find people to share these with. The best part is, you will probably learn stuff along the way and meet new people as well!
There is great potential for neighbours to do all kinds of things together. There are already examples of people coming together and building community through sharing with their neighbours using the Sharehood method. The Broadmeadows Disability Support Service already have a community garden underway and are starting a tool library. You can check them out here.
If you have more suggestions for information that you think should be included here, particularly if you'd like to help out with writing it, let us know.
